1. Google desktop search - som också har timeline view: Visar alla filer du rörde en viss månad eller ett visst datum, och söker även inne i pdf-filer.

Everything search engine: Söker bara på filnamn och extensions - men blixtsnabbt.

Och om man letar efter nåt på allvar föreslår jag PowerGREP.
